Mayones Regius - "Chris Furer Custom"

I've seen it live once - I'm not familiar with the brand at the moment. But the spark was immediately ignited. Not only are these instruments beautifully crafted, have a full-length neck, look fantastic and can't be beaten in terms of configuration options... No, they also play brilliantly! I've been the happy owner of these guitars since 2011 and haven't regretted a second of it. I would love to have more of them, but you can only play one anyway. My two Reguis babies therefore accompany me day and night, both in the studio and on stage.

Kemper

From Axe-FX to Kemper. The switch to a Profiler amp was not the easiest. It was a big challenge and a big change to get used to working with this type of amp. Today I wouldn't want to be without it, especially for live and studio use. The compactness and possibilities are phenomenal. Starting with my live rig, the Kemper Powerrack, I have now added the Kemper Stage to my collection for rehearsals and at home. The compact Profiler Player now provides the vacation sound. Everything can be combined with each other. The sounds are brilliant and a dream, especially with the in-ear monitoring racks, as the signal is always the same and always sounds the same. One of the best investments in equipment in recent years. However, I wouldn't want to miss my tube amps in any way. In the studio and for reamping, they are still the measure of all things for me, even if they are a little more expensive.

Diezel "The big balls" Herbert

Notorious and my constant and faithful companion since 2006. Admittedly, it's not always practical to transport, but it's well worth the effort for this rich sound. This beast is almost impossible to keep down. It is not only loud, but also extremely transparent and powerful. I would never give the "Herbert" away again! Once I heard it, my heart was lost forever and I really wanted to have this amp! In my possession, it didn't sound and feel the way I had imagined. After I got in touch with Peter Diezel and we decided to tackle the problem, I drove to Bad Steben and there I was able to watch how Peter made my Diezel glow and sound the way it should. Huge thanks again to Peter Diezel.

Peavey "Brown Sound" 6505+

As a longtime Van Halen fan, I've always wanted to own a 5150 from Peavey... When I finally had the money for it, I unfortunately had to realize that it was no longer available to order?! Personally, I think Peavey's successor (based on the 5150, of course) is just as good. For me in the studio and also for shredding, it's the ideal complement to the Diezel. For the definition and the balls of the Diezel, the rocking and dirty sound of the Peavey 6505+. A very cool amp and also extremely versatile in sound!
